Control Products Timeline

1960

Control Products began life in 1960 as the W.F. Oberbeck Company serving as the stocking representative for Spence Engineering, as well as representing other HVAC equipment suppliers.

1974

Safety valve setting and testing service was added.

1975

The company moves to a new location, changing its name from the W.F. Oberbeck Company to Control Products, Inc.

1978

The 1970's provided substantial growth, and in 1978, property was purchased for our current location. In 1980, the move was made to our newly constructed facility of nearly 20,000 square feet, calling for a substantial increase in product inventory. Along with the increased warehouse capability, a full-service facility was constructed enabling Control Products to service any product that we sell.

Today

Control Products is a reliable Stocking Representative, Master Distributor, and Sales Representative for several HVAC, commercial, and industrial product lines, serving our region, as well as Representatives throughout the United States.
